National Beta Club Week-
Students took turns reading a message each morning of that week on the PA system along with the daily morning announcements. Each day there was a focus on some aspect of the Beta Club, what it is and what we do as members of the club.
Our service projects -
For community service we are going to our local nursing home every other Saturday morning to assist with Bingo. About forty residents play in the center's activity room. We help get the residents into the room. We provide individual assistance as needed. The last time we went we took each one of them a craft we had made. They play for quarters. We take extra quarters each time we go so that they may play a little longer.
For school service we are assisting with a spring clean-up of our school grounds. We are weeding, mulching, and planting.
