The 2022-2023 Scholarship Finalist have been announced.

The scholarship application process occurs in two phases.

PHASE 1:

Phase 1 of the scholarship process requires interested and eligible 12th grade Senior Beta members to complete an application which outlines their academic successes, future plans, National Beta activities including service projects and hours completed, and activities performed outside of National Beta. The application will open on November 1, 2022. Applicants must complete their application for a National Beta Scholarship by 11:59 pm EST, January 19, 2023.  All applicants selected to receive at least $1,000 will be notified via email the on February 16, 2023. Winners will also be posted online and on National Beta's social media channels. The application can be found by visiting scholarship.betaclub.org.

Decisions regarding selection of semifinalists are final and not subject to appeal. No application feedback will be given.

PHASE 2:

The top 100 semifinalists from Phase 1 will be asked to provide additional information as they move forward for the potential to receive one of our top awards ($20,000, $15,000, $10,000, $8,000, $6,000 and five $2,500). Beta members selected as semifinalists are required to submit additional materials such as essays and letters of recommendation. A complete list of required materials will be made known to those applicants.  Semifinalist materials are due on March 19, 2023.

HOW TO APPLY:

• Beginning November 1, 2022, you may access the National Beta Scholarship application online.
• Enter your National Beta membership identification number and last name to gain access to the application - if you do not have this information, please ask your National Beta Sponsor.
• Complete the application. You are required to submit your high school transcript. A copy of this document must be uploaded directly into your application. Your documentation will be verified for authenticity. 
• Submit your completed application by 11:59 pm EST, January 19, 2023

Semifinalists will receive further application instructions by February 16, 2023. Top 5 National Beta Club Scholarship Winners will be announced on May 5, 2023 via email and will be posted on our website. Checks for all recipients will be mailed the week of May 5.
