Scholarship Questions

1. How do I get a scholarship application?

From your Beta Club Sponsor.

2. What is the code for releasing SAT/ACT scores to the National Beta Club Scholarship Program?

The code is 9867.

3. I have already taken the SAT I or ACT and did not code to 9867. What can I do?

SAT I-You must complete an Additional Report Request Form (ARRF) and indicate 9867. Send the ARRF with the appropriate fee before November 1 to the Admissions Testing Program according to instructions in the Student Bulletin. (See guidance counselor for these forms.) After November 1, you will have to use a speedier method and pay an extra fee. This information is also found in the Student Bulletin.

ACT-You must complete an additional ACT Assessment Score Report before November 1. After this date, you will have to use a speedier method and the cost is more depending on the method you choose. (See your Guidance Counselor.)

These scores are released the same way you would release them to a college.

4. What is the application deadline?

December 10 is the postmark deadline.
