New Club Transfer Members

• If you have transfer members from another club, please do not collect new member fees or list them on the New Club Application.


• Membership can only be transferred to a club within the same division i.e. junior to junior, senior to senior.


• Transfer members should be listed on the following form (click appropriate download link) with sponsor/administrator signatures. Please note the name of the school the student transferred from beside their name.
