Eligibility
National Beta is available for all school types (public, private, charter, homeschool, and virtual) as long as they meet the eligibility requirements. We give schools the flexibility to run your club in a way that best fits your school and students.
We have worked to make sure the process of starting a club is simple and attainable. Individuals who are selected to run your club, (we call them sponsors) will work alongside the National Office throughout the entire process of chartering a club.
Clubs Receive:
- Simple and easy to follow induction ceremony resources
- Free, age-specific meeting activities designed to enhance student growth
- Database of resources for running a club
- Access to Sponsor Discussion Board to collaborate with other sponsors
- Year-round support from a National Office staff member dedicated to helping new sponsors
- Free downloadable materials and official charter

- Diploma seal for 12th grade Betas
- Opportunities to attend various school, state, and national events
- Ability to apply for a National Beta Scholarship as a graduating senior
