Sponsor Appreciation Week

Sponsor Appreciation Week celebrates our National Beta sponsors and provides an opportunity for students, administrators, and parents to recognize the time, effort, and energy these volunteers give to ensure a club’s success. These selfless individuals exemplify the National Beta Vision: To Develop a Community of Leaders who Positively Impact the World. Join us the first week of February to acknowledge and honor our Beta Sponsors.

SPONSOR APPRECIATION 2024 RECAP

We are thrilled to celebrate all of our sponsors, but particularly proud to announce the winners of the Sponsor Appreciation Week nominations for 2024. Clubs submitted photos of their sponsors which were uploaded to the National Beta social pages. The top 3 sponsors with the most “likes” won a coveted Beta Shop gift card.

Ideas and Suggestions on How to Celebrate

Participants can include National Beta Members, parents, principals, fellow faculty/staff, and superintendents.

Write a letter or card showing your appreciation
Give your sponsor a shout-out during morning announcements
Decorate their classroom or office. Consider using one of our coloring pages to decorate with.
Put together a box of teacher goodies, including treats or classroom supplies
Throw a surprise Sponsor Appreciation party or thank you breakfast with your club
Make a video of your club thanking your sponsor
Put together a thank you scrapbook with photos and notes from other Members in your club
Gift your sponsor a gift card to a local coffee shop and share why you are grateful for their leadership
Collect written or video messages from former members
Decorate a bulletin board with your sponsor’s best qualities
Ask your school administrator to write an appreciation letter to your sponsor
Host a thank you parade and clap/hold signs as your sponsor walks down the hallway
Write a poem dedicated to your sponsor
Make a homemade gift
Wear your sponsor’s favorite color
Give your sponsor a certificate of appreciation
Make a giant card from your entire club with everyone’s signature and a short message
Put notes in your sponsor’s mailbox with three reasons you appreciate them
Purchase a gift from the Beta Shop.

Sponsor Appreciation Survey

Take this opportunity to tell the National Office how incredible your sponsor is, and specifically, why you think so.

Be prepared to upload a photo of your sponsor when completing it.
The deadline for nominating your sponsor is Tuesday, January 9th at 11:59 PM EST.
Share how you spoil your sponsor by using #BetaSponsorAppreciation on social media.
All sponsor submissions will be uploaded to a Facebook album on Monday, February 6th.
The 3 sponsors with the most “likes” on their post by Thursday, February 9th at 6pm EST will win a $50, $100 or $150 Beta Shop Gift Card.
Winners will be announced Tuesday, February 13th.
