The Basics
Here are the three most helpful links to get you prepped for your leadership!
The Details
Everything you need to know for the Missouri Leadership Summit!
JUDGES/COORDINATORS
- We are incredibly excited to be able to offer you, the sponsor, the chance to get a peek behind the scenes with the Challenges we offer through coordinating and judging. You, along with parents, fellow sponsors/teachers and administrators, are all welcome to be a part of the process. If interested, please email Lindsey Buckley, the Missouri Regional Leadership Sponsor at Lbuckley@agpirates.com. Please share a name, an email address along with a contact number for any individual that will be coordinate or judge. She will contact you about the time and place for the Meeting for Coordinators and Judges. It will also be listed on the schedule.
MATERIALS
- Liquids, sand, glitter, or other substances that would leave a mess may not be used in any form for any challenge.
CHALLENGES
Keep in mind that a few of our challenges do require work to be done in advance of the summit.
The challenges that require advance work are as follows: All the World is a Stage, Being Better Betas, Beta Blitz and Project Proposal.
Be certain to review all information in the handbook for those Challenges so that you and your Betas will come incredibly prepared.
The hotel has The Market and will be setting up a small concession area with drinks and snacks. They will accept BOTH cash and card.
The Southerner will accept cash or school check for the boxed meals that were pre-ordered.
Drury Hotels and The Southerner kindly requests NO outside food in the Conference Center. However, attendees are welcome to eat outside or in the hotel’s dining room area.
Join BAND, the official communication app for National Beta, to help sponsors, adult chaperones and parents/guardians stay connected during our events! Whether it’s room changes, schedule updates, lost and found info, or other important announcements—you’ll find it all in one easy place.
*This will not replace the Beta app for event details and facility information.
*This event channel is available for use by sponsors, parents/guardians, and adult chaperones only. Please do NOT share this link with students.
The Beta Shop will be on site. Please be aware that the Beta Shop and onsite registration are cashless!
