Our Elementary and Junior Officers are excited to introduce our annual statewide service project! This year, we are focusing on food insecurity and collecting the items that Second Harvest Food Bank needs the most! These items are as follows: jars of peanut butter, cans of tuna fish, and canned red beans. Help us reach our goal of donating 1 item per attendee!

Sponsors may submit one club representative to join the EL Beta National Anthem Choir. 

Requirements:
  • One member per club, please.
  • Participant must be a 4th or 5th grade Beta
  • Participant must know the words and be willing to sing on stage
  • Participant must wear their “Beta Best” on stage: Professional / Sunday Best Attire
    *No t-shirts, hoodies, jeans, or shorts. Beta colors (black, grey, white, gold) preferred.
  • Participant must be available to meet with the coordinator for rehearsal side stage at noon.
  • Performance will take place on the stage at the opening of the 1st General Session (1:30 PM)

Raising Cane’s Baton Rouge River Center is a cashless facility, and they do not have any ATMS on property. 

No clear bag policy. All guests will enter through the Evolv security system and be subject to bag search if the system detects anything.
No outside food permitted unless a person has food allergies or a medical need.
Four medics will be on site each day of the event. There are EMS rooms in the Arena and Exhibition Hall.

The parking at the garage is $10.00.  Please note: If you leave and return, you will have to pay another $10.00.

Parking for buses and trailers will be in the brickyard public parking.

There will be a shuttle available for bus drivers and drivers of vehicles pulling trailers. No sponsors, parents or students may use the shuttle for transportation outside of drivers.

Stands 1-4 – Will be open all day and close approximately one hour before the last event ends. All stands will close at 11am on Friday (there will only be one stand available upstairs and downstairs).
Dippin’ Dots and LA Lemonade will also have locations open during the event.

At the fair, you’ll connect with representatives from colleges, universities, trade schools, and/or military programs; ask questions; compare options; and discover scholarship opportunities.
