Facility is cashless. There are ATM machines available to convert cash to a debit card for use.

Overflow seating will be in Mesilla 1-2 for all general sessions.

The loading dock is located in the Vineyard Tower side of the hotel.

Loading dock times are below:

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

LUGGAGE STORAGE:

Yellow Rose Room – Only Thursday and Friday. All items must be out of room by 11:59 PM on Friday, February 28th.

PROP STORAGE:

Limited storage along the walls in Tate 1-5, as well as Yellow Rose Room on Thursday and Friday.

Busses and trailors will park in Lot R. Please call 817-778-2480 for shuttle from lot to hotel.

Parking will be validated for daily drive ins. You will need to collect a discount ticket at the registration table. You will pull a ticket when you arrive and then scan the QR on the new ticket picked up at registration to exit.

A pre-pay station will be available with the following timeframes for drive-in guests to pay for their parking as they enter/exit the area to expedite the departure process from the parking garages.

  • Thursday 2/27: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Friday 2/28: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday 3/1: 11:00 AM -8pm
