Beta Night
We’re so excited to announce a brand-new Beta-only event to be held at the Grand Ole Opry during the 2026 National Convention. This is a separately-ticketed event offered only to National Convention attendees. Seating in this historic venue is limited – only 4,000 tickets per event will be available!
The Grand Ole Opry show itself is a live broadcast of the Grand Ole Opry radio show, featuring a variety of artists, live announcers, and on-air commercials. It’s the longest running live radio show in history and it’s known as the show that made country music famous. It’s a one-of-a-kind concert experience that appeals to a wide range of musical tastes, from country legends to new stars, bluegrass, comedy, and everything in between.
Event Dates
To provide your club with flexibility, three event dates are available for all registered on-site attendees.
- Friday, June 19: Senior Beta Night | 10–11:30 PM*
- Monday, June 22: Elementary Beta Night | 8–9:30 PM
- Thursday, June 25: Junior Beta Night | 10–11:30 PM*
All shows will begin promptly at the listed start time.
*The Grand Ole Opry has regularly scheduled shows on these dates. Beta Night will be held immediately following those events.

Cost
Tickets are $49 each for all registered on-site National Convention attendees; this includes any registered family members or chaperones. This is a flat fee – no additional taxes or fees apply. Children under 4 can get free show admission but must be sitting on their guardian’s lap during the show.
- Our registration system only permits Beta Night ticket purchases based on the total number of pre-registered in-person attendees.
- Those planning to purchase day passes at National Convention are not guaranteed tickets as all tickets will be sold in advance.
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available for pre-purchase through National Convention registration. Tickets are available for all registered National Convention attendees. No tickets may be pre-purchased after the National Convention deadline date, May 15, 2026.
There is a limit of 4,000 tickets per event. Tickets are not able to be transferred from event to event. Any tickets not sold during National Convention registration will be available for purchase onsite at the National Convention registration desk at no additional cost.
How can I pay for tickets?
Payment for all Beta Night tickets must be paid in advance by credit card only during National Convention Registration which will run from March 23 – May 15, 2026. To simplify the purchase of Beta Night tickets, the Sponsor Registration Portal will include a payment feature allowing sponsors to share a ticket purchase link directly with parents/guardians. Additional details about this process will be provided prior to the opening of registration on March 25.
Where will I sit?
Good news — there are no bad seats at the Opry House! Seating will be general admission, available on a first-come, first-served basis, with Opry House staff directing guests to their seats. Accessible seating is limited and can be assigned with Opry House upon arrival. One companion may accompany an individual requiring accessible seating.
Who will perform?
Shows at the Grand Ole Opry feature a variety of performers. Because the lineup is based on artist availability, it is often finalized closer to the event date. Performers will be a surprise when you arrive! All artists will present age-appropriate performances.
How will I receive my tickets?
Pre-purchased tickets will be available for pick-up at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center during National Convention. The schedule and location will be released at a later date. You’ll be asked to count all tickets in your packet and sign off on your order.
