You can pick up your pre-registration materials during the posted registration times found in the National Convention Schedule. You’ll need to enter the Parent Pre-Registration Pickup line.

You’ll need to provide your student’s name, state, your name and your child’s school name.

Please have the following information available before starting National Convention registration: 

• Member ID of the student attending/competing. Note: Member ID is located on the student’s National Beta Club membership card. The ID can also be obtained from the member’s sponsor. 
• List of all guests who plan to attend, including contact information for the main point of contact. 
• Information needed if you have a Candidate running for National Office, including cell phone number and email address. 
• A list of sizes and quantities for official National Convention t-shirts and pins, if you plan on ordering. 

A list of winners for State Convention can be found on our website. Simply filter by the school year (2023-2024), your child’s Beta Division (4-5 Grade: Elementary / 6-8 Grade: Junior / 9-12 Grade: Senior) and your state.

Only the club sponsor can register for team or club competitions. Please note that the minimum number of team members must be registered according to the competition guidelines.  

Yes, you’ll be able to register any members of your party. 

When the sponsor completes club registration, any students registered by a parent/guardian will be noted.  

Ideally, this process should only be used by Beta member’s whose schools are not attending National Convention. 

No, regardless of whether sponsors or parent/guardians register, all attendees will receive a lanyard, badge and pin.  

No. Beta members must be supervised at all times by a parent/guardian or sponsor.
