All the information you need about transportation and parking during the National Convention.
Transportation from Gaylord Palms to Parks Schedule
Shuttle buses from the Gaylord Palms will operate on a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Buses will arrive and depart from the location indicated in red on the map. Below is a list of the designated destinations. Each bus will have signage indicating its destination, and a Mears team member will be on site to assist guests and provide guidance regarding shuttle stops.
- Disney’s Ticket and Transportation Center – with transfers to Disney’s Magic Kingdom® and Theme Park a Disney’s Epcot® Theme Park (6.6 miles, Approx. 10 minutes)
- Hollywood Studios® Theme Park (<2.5 miles, Approx. 5 minutes)
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park (<4.1 miles, Approx. 10 minutes)
- Disney Springs® (<5.5 miles, Approx. 12 minutes)

Transportation from Marriott Village to Gaylord Palms
Distance/Shuttle to Convention Center (< 4 miles, Approx. 12 minutes)
Complimentary shuttle service to the Gaylord Palms and Convention Center will be provided exclusively for National Convention attendees who have booked their accommodations through our official hotel partner, Orchid.
The official shuttle schedule will be released in late May 2025.
Transportation from Marriott Village to Parks
Complimentary transportation to the following Walt Disney World Resort properties by reservation only on a first come, first served basis. The official transportation schedule will be released in 2025.
- Disney’s Epcot® Theme Park
- Hollywood Studios® Theme Park
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom®
- Disney Springs®

Charter Buses: Two charter bus spaces dedicated for student pick-up.

- Disney’s Hollywood Studios® Theme Park (<6 miles, Approx. 12 minutes)
- Epcot® Theme Park (<6 miles, Approx. 12 minutes)

- Disney Springs® (<3 miles, Approx. 10 minutes)
- Universal Orlando Resort (<11 miles, Approx. 20-25 minutes)
Transportation to Beta Night
Universal Orlando Resort is located at 6000 Universal Blvd. Orlando, FL 32819, a short 11-mile drive from the Gaylord Palms and 9 miles from the Marriott Village Orlando. Transportation to and from Universal is not provided by National Beta. More information about Beta Night can be found here.
Parking at Gaylord Palms
- Self-parking: $18.00 plus tax @ 7.5%.
Total inclusive: $19.35 per day- For attendees driving for the day, you will need to identify yourself with BETA to receive the same prices above.
- Parking machines will be preset to the Beta Rate
- During non-peak times, a parking attendant will be available. Simply mention that you are here for the National Beta Convention.
- For attendees driving for the day, you will need to identify yourself with BETA to receive the same prices above.
- Bus parking is complimentary in the designated lot
- Trailer parking is complimentary in the designated lot

Parking at Marriott Village
- $9.50 per day for automobiles
- Bus parking is complimentary
- Trailer parking is not available at the Marriott Village. However, trailers may be parked for free at the Gaylord Palms.
Parking at Holiday Inn Orlando Suites
- Complimentary self parking and bus parking
- Trailer parking is not available at the Holiday Inn. However, trailers may be parked for free at the Gaylord Palms.
