Privacy and Data Use Notice: ProProfs Testing Platform 

National Beta uses ProProfs as the secure online testing platform for all academic-based competitions held during State and National Conventions. 

Purpose 

ProProfs is used exclusively to administer online tests for registered National Beta members participating in convention competitions. 

Data Collection 

To ensure test integrity and accurate results, only the following limited data are collected within ProProfs: 

• National Beta Member ID 
• National Beta Club ID 
• Sponsor Email Address 

No personally identifiable student information (such as student names, birthdates, or school district IDs) is collected or stored within the ProProfs system. 

Data Use and Privacy 

• All collected information is used solely for internal competition management and result reporting.
• Only registered club sponsors receive communications regarding their students’ test performance.
• No student data or test information is shared with third parties or external organizations.
