We’re excited to announce that both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort have prepared discounted ticket rates for Florida Beta State Convention attendees.

Disney has provided both tax exempt and non tax exempt options.

  • If you’d like to use the tax exempt option, you’ll need Group Code G10149290 to successfully process an order.  Once order is input, you’ll need to send your Florida Tax Exempt Certificate sent to Group.Ticketing@disneyworld.com.  Orders need to be placed 2 weeks or more ahead of the date of travel so that Disney will have time to verify and ship.
  • Disney orders being placed through the non tax exempt option may be placed before and during the convention.

Universal Orlando Resort has provided pricing for groups of 10 +.  The order form will be available in the coming weeks.

They will also be providing an option for groups of 9 or less to purchase discounted tickets online. This information will be available in the coming weeks.
