Buses will park in the High Street Lot. Drivers will take a ticket upon arrival and present it to the parking attendant on exit. Parking will be free for buses.
Parking is included for attendees staying at the Hyatt hotel (valet is an additional cost).
Any daily drive-ins (attendees not staying on hotel property) must pay to park. Payment will be necessary each time they exit and re-enter the lot.
More than 10,000 convenient parking spaces are available within a 10-minute walk of Central Bank Center, including 1,800 spaces on-site. Daily rates are $12 (+ tax) daily. In addition, all surrounding parking lots and parking garages offer spaces for individuals with disabilities.
Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for paid parking. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay).
Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking is available in the Central Bank Center’s High Street Lot. A valid state-issued handicap accessible placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please use Ramp A on Level 3 to drop-off props at the loading dock.
Drivers may enter off of either High Street or Manchester Street and turn into the 3rd Level docks.

Central Bank Center Policies
Adhesives – Only approved tape and adhesive backed materials (non-residue, easily removable) are permitted for use on the facilities floor surfaces. Use of tape on any wall surface, glass or equipment is prohibited. Adhesive backed decals and stickers may not be affixed to any facility surfaces nor distributed to attendees. If this regulation is ignored, a cleaning fee will be accessed for removal of any decals or stickers that are placed in complex property.
Animal Policies – with the exception of approved guide, signal or service dogs as recognized by ADA, animals are not allowed in Central Bank Center without prior approval.
Balloons - the use or distribution of helium-filled balloons is prohibited. If for some reason, helium balloons are brought into the building and released for any reason within the complex, labor costs associated with removal of balloons from the ceilings and air handlers will be charged. Balloons filled with air are permissible.
Cables, Cords and Wires – all wires and cables that cross doorways, aisles or walkways must be sufficiently covered or taped down in a safe and secure manner and marked with caution tape. They can be covered with rubber matting, carpet and/or marked reflective tape. When applying tape to non-carpeted surfaces, only non-residue tape may be used. When applying to carpeted surfaces, only nonresidue carpet tape may be used.
Decorations – all decorative materials displayed or installed in the Complex must be flame retardant in accordance with the Public Safety and Fire Regulations. The Complex does not allow anything to be taped, nailed, tacked or otherwise affixed to ceilings, painted surfaces, doors, glass, fire sprinklers, lecterns, columns, fabric or decorative walls. Items such as glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, sand, dirt, moss and mulch are NOT permitted on any carpeted areas.
NOTE: Cleaning and/or removal of décor items such as confetti, glitter, streamers, etc. will incur additional charges.
Freight Elevators - there are two freight elevators for Licensee use. Size and capacity:
Each elevator: 9’ 2” wide by 13’ 8” deep. The height of each elevator is 9’ 11”.
Security - The Central Bank Center maintains an exclusive in-house security operation. The trained building security staff and security system maintains 24-hour security coverage for the CBC’s perimeter areas, internal corridors, and life safety alarm system.
Smoking – Central Bank Center is a non-smoking facility. Vaping is not allowed in facility. Smoking is permitted outside and no closer than 25’ to an entrance, per city ordinance. Smoking is not permitted on the loading docks or in the covered garage.
Weapons – Central Bank Center is located in a School Zone as defined by the Gun Free School Zone Act 18 U.S.C. adopted November 29, 1990 (the Act). All persons are prohibited from possessing firearms on the premises unless such possession is authorized by exceptions listed in the Act or as authorized by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It is also at the discretion of the complex to restrict or prohibit possession of other weapons such as knives or other dangerous weapons.
