The loading dock area is directly attached to the back of the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Parking is $5/day for POV’s and $10/day for large buses, RV’s, etc. (it is prohibited by the convention center to stay overnight in an RV in the parking lot).

Attendee may leave trailers in the back of Lot A to allow space for regular event parking. The convention center is not liable for any vehicles/trailers being left out in the lot.  

Trailer parking for the day is $5. If a trailer is left overnight, it will be tagged by the Convention Services Guards for payment up front at $40/night if off-site and $20/night if staying at the Sheraton.

MYRTLE BEACH CONVENTION CENTER CONCESSIONS BOXED LUNCHES

Boxed lunch orders are available through the Myrtle Beach Convention Center Concessions. All orders include the entree, chips, cookie and choice of soda or bottled water. All order will be available for pick-up at Concession Stand C in Hall C at your chosen time.

CHICK-FIL-A BREAKFAST & LUNCH ORDER FORM

Hello from Chick-fi-A Seaboard Commons in Myrtle Beach! Please ready this to the end! It will provide very important information for you!

We are happy to be providing breakfast and lunch again for the upcoming Beta Club Convention January 20th – 21st at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. It is my understanding that elementary schools will be separate from middle schools this year.  Please see below as to what we are able to provide each day.

• Breakfast delivery will be available Tuesday, January 20th – Friday, January 23rd from 7:00 am – 10:30 am. Please indicate the day and the time of your delivery and a delivery driver will meet you in the lobby of the convention center. If the pick up person is different than the teacher listed on the order form, please indicate that on the order form and give name and number of pick up person.

• Lunch will be available on Tuesday and Thursday and will be available for pick up from 11-1 in the convention center lobby. Please indicate your desired time of pick up on your order form.
  

If you have multiple orders for breakfast or lunch, please fill out a separate order form for each.

Attached is the order form for you to use to place your order. Please do not call the store to place your order. The prices listed include tax.

Order Deadline: Friday, January 17th

Please make sure to fill out all the necessary information to ensure we are able to contact you to confirm your order.  

Payment by credit card or check on the day of pick up. You may also call me at 864-630-7632 to give credit card information. These orders will not be rung in to our register until the day of the event and we will be able to email you a receipt.

Please do not mail a check to the store.
