No Outside Food or Drinks
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Please see the Concessions & Dining for the options available for purchase inside.
The loading dock at Old National Events Plaza is located along Walnut Street.
TIMES:
November 13 – 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
November 14 – 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Prop Storage will be located behind the stage for Performing Arts/Campaign Skits & in the Exhibit Hall for Living Literature and Robotics.
Luggage Storage will be located in Ballroom A.
General Parking:
Parking is located in the parking lot at the intersection of Locust and 9th Street.
Bus Pick-Up/Drop-Off:
Bus drivers will drop off and pick-up at either the Exhibit Hall Doors or the Main Aiken Theater Entrance.
Bus Parking:
Food Pre-Orders:
Schools will be able to pre-order group meals up until 24 hours before the event begins.
Due to the volume of orders, Old National Events Plaza recommends placing orders as early as possible!
*No outside food or drink is allowed in Old National Events Plaza.
