There is no specific bag policy in place.

No Outside Food or Drinks
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Please see the Concessions & Dining for the options available for purchase inside.

The loading dock at Old National Events Plaza is located along Walnut Street.

TIMES:

November 12 – 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM 

November 13 – 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM 

Prop Storage will be located behind the stage for Performing Arts/Campaign Skits & in the Exhibit Hall for Living Literature and Robotics.

Luggage Storage will be located in Ballroom C.

General Parking:

Parking is located in the parking lot at the intersection of Locust and 9th Street. 

Bus Pick-Up/Drop-Off:

Bus drivers will drop off and pick-up at either the Exhibit Hall Doors or the Main Aiken Theater Entrance.

Food Pre-Orders:

All catering pre-orders orders are due by Monday, November 9 at 12:00pm.

Orders may be placed by contacting Mary Pugh, Premium Services Manager at
mpugh@oldnationaleventsplaza.com or by calling 812-437-8301.

Orders will be available for pickup at the concession stands in the Aiken Theatre lobby at a date and
time of your choosing. Payment due at the time of order pickup.

Book Collection for Indy Reads in Memory of Dolly Parton with an onsite activity of creating bookmarks. We can only accept new and used books. No damaged books with the following: heavy wear, water damage, mold, missing pages, etc. No encyclopedias, textbooks, computer books, travel guides, magazines, dated material (annuals), etc.
