2/26/26 (8:00 am – 9:00 am) – Elementary – Accessorized Design, Apparel Design, Club Trading Pin, Scrapbook, Service Learning Showcase, Three Dimensional Design, and Two Dimensional Design Check-In: (Located in the far end of C1-C2)
2/26/26 (9:00 am – 10:00 am) – Junior – Visual Arts Check-In: C1- C2
2/26/26 (9:00 am – 10:00 am) – Junior – Accessorized Design, Apparel Design, Club Trading Pin, Scrapbook, Service Learning Showcase, Three Dimensional Design, and Two Dimensional Design Check-In: C1-C2
2/26/26 (10:15 am – 11:15 am) – Viewing for both Elementary and Junior Visual Arts &Accessorized Design, Apparel Design, Club Trading Pin, Scrapbook, Service Learning Showcase, Three Dimensional Design, and Two Dimensional Design
2/26/26 (11:15 am) – Judging for both Elementary and Junior Visual Arts &Accessorized Design, Apparel Design, Club Trading Pin, Scrapbook, Service-Learning Showcase, Three-Dimensional Design, and Two-Dimensional Design will begin. Everyone will be asked to leave B 1-4 and C1 & C2.
2/26/26 – Both Onsite Art- Painting & Drawing, along with Onsite Cake now have a Viewing prior to pick-up of items.
2/26/26 – Speech will now have a holding room. Presenters will report directly to the “Waiting Room.” Elementary will report to D-6. Junior will report to D-5.
2/26/26 – Statewide Service Project will be held in B-6.
2/27/26 – Sponsor Hospitality/Breakfast will be held in B-5. (You will utilize the entrance of B-6 and continue through the room to access B-5. (This is for the “head sponsors and one co-sponsor of your club.” Please do not bring children to the meeting. We will be presenting awards for years of service to sponsors, recognizing “1st Year Sponsors,” going over information about Nationals, give next year’s convention dates, and reveal the 2026-27 Convention Theme.
