The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is a cashless facility.
There is no clear bag policy.
Outside food and drink is allowed within the Convention Center.


When arriving to drop-off students or props, traffic will flow counter-clockwise around the building. There will be signage to help direct attendees to the correct locations.
Small props offloaded from cars and regular vehicles will use the Ryman Roll Up A1 (shown on the right side on the map below, labeled Prop Offload).
Large Props and backgrounds being unloaded from vans, trailers and larger vehicles will be unloaded at the Ryman Loading Dock A1 (shown on the left side of the map below).
Students from buses will unload at the A1 room which is located at the back of the building at the stairs (labeled on the map below as Bus Offload). Students may carry any small, handheld props in with them. Any other props must be offloaded in the proper locations listed above.
LOADING DOCK A1 (Loading Dock A1 will be used for Living Literature, Robotics, and Engineering, as well as any extra large prop offload.):
November 21: 7 AM – 7 PM
November 22: 7 AM – 2 PM, 9 PM – 11 PM
November 23: 7 AM – 10 PM
ROLL UP A1 (Roll Up A1 will be available for small props being unloaded from cars):
November 21: 7 AM – 9:30 AM, 4 PM – 6:30 PM, 9 PM – 11 PM
November 22: 7 AM – 2 PM
November 23: 7 AM – 1 PM, 4 PM – 6 PM

This year’s State Service Project is one that truly captures the heart of Beta: Cards for Courageous Kids. We’re inviting you and your club members to join your State Officers during convention to create cards and crafts that will bring smiles, encouragement, and hope to children in hospitals across Tennessee. Your officers will personally deliver these heartfelt creations to hospitals in their regions, spreading the spirit of service and compassion that defines Beta.
